Cancellation policy
1. One-Time Purchases

Before Fulfillment: You may cancel a one-time order at no cost until it has been packed and assigned a carrier tracking number.

After Fulfillment: Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Instead, please refer to our Refund Policy for potential remedies (e.g., lost package, damaged goods, extreme delay, or product dissatisfaction).
2. Subscriptions
BIZZ subscriptions deliver your selected product to you on a recurring schedule (e.g., every two weeks or every four weeks).

Payment & Billing: Your payment method is stored securely and automatically charged on the renewal date for each shipment.

Managing or Cancelling:

Open any BIZZ order-confirmation email and click “Manage Subscription,” or log into your chewbizz.com account and select Manage Subscriptions.

From that dashboard you can skip a delivery, change the frequency or quantity, update payment/shipping details, or cancel outright.

Timing:

Changes or cancellations submitted at least 24 hours before the next renewal date take effect immediately and you will not be charged for that shipment.

Requests submitted within 24 hours of a scheduled renewal may apply to the following cycle if processing has already begun.

No Auto-Renew Surprise: All subscriptions are opt-in, clearly priced, and may be cancelled at any time. We do not impose minimum-term commitments or hidden renewal fees.

Important Note — No Pre-Orders or Try-Before-You-Buy Programs
BIZZ currently does not offer pre-orders or try-before-you-buy transactions. Any policy language referring to those purchase types has been removed to comply with banking and processor requirements.
